Tattoo Ticket (Existing Designs)

This is a ticket for permission to tattoo an existing design of mine (excluding any commissioned designs). 

I am so grateful that y'all want to decorate yourselves with my artwork! I'd love to see what  you get done :) 

-Please credit me for the original design.

-This ticket is for the tattoo permission only, please do not replicate the design image for personal or business use. 

-If you are comfortable sharing, I would love to see photos of the finished tattoo!
